If you have a very large room, it's best not to choose a painting which will appear lost on the wall. Either choose a large beach print or a group of smaller paintings. Also consider whether you want your beach painting to be displayed on a stretched canvas, which is ready to hang, or whether your room is more formal and perhaps a framed painting with a white mat surround would suit better.
